FAQ
No shame. No mystery.
How does it work?
V Puff is a soft, body-adaptive sponge that sits comfortably inside the vaginal canal. For intimate moments, it can be placed slightly higher near your cervix, for a seamless feel and total discretion.
Will I feel it?
Not at all. V-Puff warms to your body temperature, conforms to your individual shape, and mimics the feel of natural vaginal tissue. When inserted properly, you won’t feel it — and neither will your partner.
No applicator?
Tampons were invented in 1930 — back when it was considered improper for women to touch their own bodies. The applicator was literally invented to keep us at arm’s length. We’ve come a long way, baby. Use a clean finger to gently guide your Puff into place, pointy side first.
Stringless?
Yep- Strings can wick up moisture and bacteria. To remove, wash your hands, reach up with one or two fingers, and gently tug. If you’ve had sex while wearing it, removal may take a few tries. Don’t stress — just relax and bear down slightly. A warm bath or gentle rinse can help.
Can it get lost?
No, it can’t get lost. Your cervix forms a natural barrier, so it has nowhere to go. Sometimes you may not reach it on the first try — especially if you have a lighter flow or a well-endowed partner (you lucky girl). Relax, bear down slightly, and you’ll find the loop.
Customizable?
Yes! You can insert V-Puff just a few inches — like a traditional tampon — or higher up toward the cervix if you plan to have sex. You can even use more than one if you have a heavier flow or are in perimenopause.
Can I use it with an IUD?
Many users have reported comfortable use alongside an IUD. However, consult your healthcare provider if you’re unsure or new to internal products.
Aren’t organic tampons the best?
Not necessarily. While “organic” sounds cleaner, cotton fibers can scratch the vaginal walls and increase the risk of infections or irritation. V-Puff’s smooth, medical-grade sponge is non-abrasive and designed for comfort and safety.
Sex?
Soft, flexible, and undetectable to your partner — because you splurged on the good sheets.
Swim or Exercise?
Absolutely. V Puff stays comfortably in place with no strings to suck up water or sweat.
What is it made of?
Premium, body-safe sponge. Latex-free • BPA-free • Designed for comfort and discretion.
* V puff it’s not a medical device. It does not treat infections, or prevent pregnancy
Who shouldn’t use it?
If you have a current vaginal infection or have just given birth, wait until you’re fully healed before using V-Puff. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider — your health always comes first.
